Hertz offers different protection options that can reduce your financial liability if the rental vehicle is damaged or stolen. CDW applies to eligible damage to the vehicle, while Theft Protection applies to eligible loss or damage resulting from theft, attempted theft or vandalism. Super Cover combines the benefits of CDW and Theft Protection and can eliminate the applicable excess. The protection selected and the applicable conditions are shown in your rental agreement.
