What should I do after returning the car?
Please park the vehicle in the train station garage and ensure it is locked. Leave the parking ticket visible inside the car. There are different ways to get from the train station garage to our office. The fastest way is through the Exit Hain by stairs. The office is located in the street at the left corner of the house in front. You can also use the big exit/entrance at the train station garage, if you have a lot of luggage.
When returning the car in the open hours the team of Hertz will collect the keys and documents and inspect the vehicle together with you.
If you are using the key drop box, our team will check the car during office hours. Make sure the vehicle is properly locked and that all personal belongings have been removed.
Where can I park the car if the station is already closed?
If our station is closed, park the vehicle in the train station garage and leave the parking ticket inside the car. Then deposit the key in the key safe at our office entrance. Your return will be processed on the next working day.
